  • Notifications and alerts related to your use of the service

  • HubSpot – For CRM, marketing automation, user support, form submissions and technical support
  • Google Services – including Analytics, Fonts, and Tag Manager
  • Vimeo – for video hosting and streaming
  • ChatGPT (OpenAI) – for intelligent support and content delivery
  • Cloudflare – For content delivery network (CDN), DDoS protection, and performance optimization
  • ElevenLabs – For AI-powered text-to-speech functionality that enhances accessibility and delivers narrated educational content
  • Stripe – For secure payment processing, including handling of payment information, billing, and subscriptions

By using our Services, you agree to their terms and data practices.

5. User Content and Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Abuse interactive features or messaging systems

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to our "Meducate AI LLC" & "Meducate AI App", brand, and content (excluding third-party services and embedded content) is owned by us or our licensors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or any applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is." We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses related to your use of the app, including reliance on educational content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mobile, Alabama. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
