All intellectual property related to our "Meducate AI LLC" & "Meducate AI App", brand, and content (excluding third-party services and embedded content) is owned by us or our licensors.

We provide our services “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect damages or losses related to your use of the app, including reliance on educational content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Mobile, Alabama. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
